1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RunnersHi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2 Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Maintain only one account per person

3 Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4 User Content & Conduct

Prohibited Content

You may not post, share, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or hateful
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Contains spam or misleading information
• Impersonates another person or entity

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our consent
• Harass, stalk, or harm other users
• Manipulate or falsify location data
• Create fake accounts or profiles
• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App

5 Location Services

The App requires location services to function. By using the App, you understand and agree that:

• Your location will be collected during active runs
• Your approximate location may be visible to nearby runners
• You can disable location services at any time, which may limit App functionality
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of GPS or location data

6 Safety & Liability

User Safety

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own safety while running
• You should exercise caution when meeting users from the App
• We do not conduct background checks on users
• Running outdoors involves inherent risks

Limitation of Liability

7 Premium Features

Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as described in the App
• Automatic renewal unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscription terms and pricing may change with notice

8 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by CrossPath Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

9 User Content License

By posting content on the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the App. You retain all rights to your content.

10 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm or harass other users
• Pose a safety risk

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16 SMS Verification Messages

RunnersHi sends SMS text messages solely to verify your phone number during account sign-up or login. By entering your phone number in the RunnersHi app and tapping "Send Verification Code," you expressly consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code.

• Message frequency: One message per verification request. No recurring or marketing messages are sent.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from RunnersHi.
• For help, reply HELP or contact admin@runnershiapp.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
